Meet Our Regional Board
Jordan Feinberg, President
Hi NFTY-Southwest! I’m Jordan Feinberg and I’m your 5780-5781 President! I am currently a Senior from Las Vegas, Nevada and I served as the 5779-5780 NFTY-SW Membership Vice President. I am extremely passionate about NFTY and sustaining this Kehila Kedosha! When I’m not constantly talking about missing my NFTY friends, you can usually find me eating mac and cheese, baking, listening to music, or dancing. NFTY has not only become the primary occupant of my Instagram but it has become a place in which I can learn, express myself, and meet amazing people that have changed me for the better. As a passionate NFTY-ite and a URJ Kutz Camp alum, I’m confident in my ability to lead this region. I love NFTY-SW!
Aaron Rosendorf, Programming Vice President (PVP)
Hi NFTY-SW! My name is Aaron J. Rosendorf and I’m your Programming Vice President. Through NFTY I have gained more friends and had closer relationships than anywhere else in my life. I find it inspiring that people I only see a few times a year I FaceTime daily (while being a constant nuisance on my guitar). On my calls I love collaborating with my TYG Board to plan engaging and exciting programs and services for upcoming events. NFTY has given me an unpayable debt and I will always be committed to paying it off. As your Programming Vice President, I hope to give every single person in NFTY-SW the same experiences it gave me and so much more.
Eve Capin, Social Action Vice President (SAVP)
Hi NFTY- Southwest! My name is Eve Capin and I am so excited to be your 2020-2021 Social Action Vice President! I am a current Junior from Phoenix, Arizona and extremely passionate about NFTY. In my free time, I love to travel, hike, or play with my dog Lucky. Through NFTY, I have gained a loving Jewish community where I have formed meaningful connections and memories that I know will last a lifetime. I am beyond grateful if I was able to give back to my NFTYites by serving on regional board!
Noa Apple, Religious & Cultural Vice President (RCVP)
Hi! I’m Noa Apple. I am your NFTY-SW RCVP, and I am a Junior at Pinnacle High School. Some things that you could find me doing are playing guitar, watching Impractical Jokers or Parks & Recreation, reading Harry Potter, playing board games, and napping. I also love chatting with my camp and NFTY friends.
Riley Miner, Membership Vice President (MVP)
Hey y’all! My name is Riley Genevieve Miner and I’m your 5780-5781 Membership Vice President. I am a rising senior from MSTY and while my physical home is in El Paso, Texas, the true place I call home is NFTY Southwest. When I’m not with my NFTY family, I’m either at temple helping out as a Madricha, staying after school with my NHS chapter, or at the Croc store picking up a new pair of sick kicks. NFTY has given me so many amazing friendships and led me to have experiences like no other, and because of this I want to show others the magic that lies within this amazing community as your Membership Vice President.
Emma Blackstone, Communications Vice President (CVP)
Hey NFTY SW! My name is Emma Blackstone and I am your Communications Vice President! I am currently a Junior at Pinnacle High School in Phoenix and have been involved in NFTY since 7th grade. Whether it’s attending Jewish summer camp every year or going to NFTY events, I have always been passionate about being an active member of the Jewish community. In my free time, I love to be with my friends and family, create art, cook, and listen to music. I’m sure that my creativity and leadership experience will help me be the CVP NFTY SW deserves! NFTY has been an amazing community to be a part of, and I can’t wait to make many more memories with this great region!
NFTY Southwest is governed by a board of teen leaders who are elected by their peers that serve a one-year term. Regional board members play a critical role in all aspects of running the region including event planning and marketing, and mentoring teen leaders from our local youth communities. The regional board is mentored by a Regional Director of Youth Engagement who oversees all programs and administration.
